Our Cars and Drivers?

We take pride in providing our guests with comfortable 4×4 cars designed to navigate the desert terrain and ensure a comfortable journey. Our drivers are all professionals in the United Arab Emirates, personally selected for their knowledge about the cities and locations. We describe them as friendly English guides who will make your desert safari experience a memorable one.

Private Cars vs. Group Tours?

If you prefer a more private and personalized experience, you can book a private car for your tour. This option is particularly in demand during the Covid-19 pandemic. Contact us for price inquiries and requests. We also offer group tours, which can be arranged as bus tours or private cars for your group. Ask us about our special group rates.

What to Wear and Food Allergies?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes for the desert safari, and bringing some warm clothes as the desert can cool down in the evening. Additionally, we offer a wide range of international buffet options at our campsite, including vegan and other special dietary options. All the food we serve is Halal.

Payments?

We are a pay-as-you-go company, and you can pay upon arrival by cash. Card payments are available upon special request, as not all of our drivers have payment terminals on board. If you choose to pay by card, please keep in mind that there will be an additional 5% VAT and 5% bank service fee.

Cancellations?

We understand that plans can change, and we offer free cancellations up to 24 hours before the tour date. However, for cancellations within 24 hours of the booking, we charge 50% of the total tour amount. In case of a no-show, the full tour amount is due. If you fail to make the payment, we will take legal action.

Quad/Buggy Ride?

If you’re feeling adventurous, you can try our quad bike or buggy rides. However, please note that these activities are at your own risk. In case of any accidents or damage, it will be your responsibility. We encourage our guests to drive safely and carefully.

Can We Find or Tag You on Social Media Channels?
