Thank you for choosing Arabian Royal Adventures services. By booking a tour or trip through our website, you agree to its terms of use. Please read the following terms and procedures to make sure you have clearly understood the conditions of your preferred trip. All of the below-mentioned terms and conditions are applicable for bookings made through our website.

1. Pricing

Our policy assures you of economic pricing, along with the convenience of making reservations online. Unless otherwise mentioned, prices quoted on our website are charged on a per-person basis and do not include tips given to tour guides or drivers, passport/visa fee, travel insurance, drinks or food, accommodation, room services, laundry or others not mentioned in the provided tour itinerary. The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in case of any unforeseen circumstance, such as an increase in: hotel rates or transport expenses.

2. Methods of Payment

We accept almost all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Full payment must be done by credit card, and guests are required to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction. Please be informed that card payments have additional 5% VAT and 5% bank service fee charges. You should inform the company upfront if you wish to pay by card.

3. Confirmation of Payment

Once the payment is done, our tour & travel consultants will send you a confirmation by WhatsApp or email. Double-check your booking information at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

4.1 Cancellation

Every Tour has the same cancellation policy, before booking any activity with Arabian Royal Adventures, the client has to read the cancellation policy of that particular tour.

In case of any cancellations/changes, you can let us know free of cost until 24 hours before the tour date.

In case of any cancellations shorter than 24 hours prior to the booking, the charges are 50% of the total tour amount. 2 hours prior to the tour or in case of a no-show, the whole tour amount is due to pay.

For group or company bookings with bigger groups (>25 pax) 50% down payment is due to pay upfront. Cancellations can be until 72 hours free of cost. Final numbers can be communicated until 36 hours before the tour. In case of fewer people on the tour date, the amount will remain the same. In case of more people on the tour date, the price will be increased accordingly to the extra number of people.

4.2 Combo Tours

Combo tours can be cancelled, but if anyone is cancelling any of the single tours in a combo, then they will not be able to avail of the combo offer. In this case, Arabian Royal Adventures will consider the individual tour price of the non-cancelled tour & refund the remaining amount.

While booking combo tours, please make sure that all combo tour options are available. If not, you would only be able to enjoy the tours and services that you have seen in the options.

4.3 No Show

If you fail to turn up for the tour, no refunds in part or full can be provided. The same condition applies in the case of unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car-rental, or chauffeur-driven services. Likewise, rescheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other tour travel related services.

5. Cancellation Procedures

Prior to making a cancellation, we recommend that you carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your tour package. For cancellation of all or any part of your reservation, make sure that you make a notification of cancellation to Arabian Royal Adventures in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will inform you through e-mail, or telephone regarding the confirmation of booking cancellation as well as the fee that should be paid. Arabian Royal Adventures can’t be held responsible for any cancellation that has not been received or not confirmed by us.

6. Refund Policy

The Guest Refund Policy, as the name implies, is meant to support guests in the event they suffer any issue. It is applicable to all guests who make a tour reservation on the Arabian Royal Adventures website. If a guest encounters any tour & travel problem, we will generally, at our discretion, do any of the following:

(i) Reschedule the tour for a suitable time / Date. Exercise reasonable effort to provide you with an alternative that is judiciously similar to the tours or packages mentioned in your original booking.

(ii) Cancel until further notice of rescheduling.

While we’ll do everything possible to reimburse the amount if you need to cancel a tour or package booked through the Arabian Royal Adventures website, it is vital to note that we’re subject to different set of policies when it comes to private contract. It is, therefore, not viable for us to guarantee the same refund procedure or policies for all tours and services listed on the Arabian Royal Adventures website. Accordingly, the following policies apply for:

Tickets: All tickets are non-refundable as well as non-transferrable.

Unused Tours: No refund can be made for unused tours, partly used or unutilized part of holiday package. Precisely, such unused services are not exchangeable or refundable.

No Show: Arabian Royal Adventures should not be held liable, if a guest fails to notify our team regarding the cancellation of tour or do not reach on time at the place of commencement of tour. Such cases will be treated as No Show and are non-refundable.

Third party services: Since they are subject to different refund and cancellation policies, some of the services offered by third parties may be non-refundable. We normally provide the details of the same at the time of booking.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

7. Itinerary Amendments

Routings and services covered in your package are subject to change based on local / weather conditions and such other several aspects. All tour itineraries are planned well in advance. We reserve the right to make any changes to the itinerary, accommodation or any other services due to unavoidable circumstances. Any additional expenses that may arise due to such circumstances will be your responsibility.

Should this transpire, we can provide suitable options of similar value, however depending on its availability. At most, we announce changes in itinerary, if any, before departure. Please note that Arabian Royal Adventures reserves complete right to implement minor amendments in itinerary at any time without reimbursement. Further, no reimbursement can be done in the event of vis major, such as flood and earthquake.

8. Insurance

We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance coverage for your trip. It is your responsibility to arrange appropriate insurance cover in order to take part in our tours.

9. Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport, visas, and any necessary health requirements for the entire duration of your trip. Arabian Royal Adventures accepts no responsibility for any problems that arise due to failure to procure the necessary documents or vaccinations. Any cost incurred as a result of such circumstance will be your responsibility.

10. Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of every guest to ensure that he or she carries documents relevant for a particular tour, including passport or a valid ID card. This is especially important for guests coming from a different country. No refund can be done in the event of loss or lack of these relevant documents. Similarly, passengers – irrespective of their nationality – are advised to check with their respective country´s consulate here to gain information on entry requisites, before they plan to visit here. Equally vital is to inquire with your consulate regarding the current visa and health requirements, as they are subject to change without prior notice.

11. Website Usage Restrictions

All content in this website, including logo, images, information on tour package, pricing details, and other relevant details, are proprietary to Arabian Royal Adventures and are protected by United Arab Emirates and international copyright laws. Accordingly, as a condition of this website´s usage, you agree not to exploit this website or its content for any non-personal, commercial, or illegitimate purposes.

Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website without consent of their parents / caretakers.

All the Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account registered on this website.

The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

12. Delivery & Shipping Policy

Arabian Royal Adventures Website will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE”.

All the tour and travel packages are operated as per the timings and duration mentioned within itinerary of every package.

Once the payment is done, our tour consultants will send you a confirmation by e-mail or WhatsApp. Make sure that you´ve provided correct information pertaining to your tour & travel requirements at the time of booking.

13. Limitation of Liability

Arabian Royal Adventures acts as an agent between you and some service providers such as and not limiting to: Venues, hotels, Quad/ Buggy Rental and transport companies. We do not own or operate any of these service providers. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may arise due to the act or negligence of the guest or any service provider.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Arabian Royal Adventures, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions.

16. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with the privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Arabian Royal Adventures with respect to your use of our website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Arabian Royal Adventures.

By booking a tour or trip through Arabian Royal Adventures website, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions outlined by Arabian Royal Adventures.
